Introduction of the Company
I N T H E B E G I N N I N G, the company’s main priority was trade with agricultural commodities. LUKROM spol. s.r.o. is a limited company. It was founded in 1991 and has since developed to provide complex and comprehensive agricultural services.
Currently, the company is divided into six divisions. Plant vertical integration is represented by the divisions of agrochemical and agricultural commodities, which focuses on providing services of crop production. In contrast, livestock vertical integration consists of the production of compound feed and livestock production.
In December 2009, Lukrom Zlin Inc. was integrated into the LUKROM Ltd. company structure as a division of agricultural technology and equipment. The last division manages the economic and legal operations of the company, in terms of accounting, financial and legal matters.
LUKROM Ltd. has created and invested capital in companies that are engaged primarily in agricultural production and those which provide services to the agricultural market. Through these activities, the LUKROM Group was gradually formed.
LUKROM is a family bussines company; the owner is Zdeněk Červenka and the two eldest sons Zdeněk and Ondřej work in the company as executives. The latter also holds the position of economic director. The youngest son Štěpán then works in the management of the first league football club FC Zlín a.s., which also belongs to the LUKROM holding.
